RtI can take up quite a bit of time. I decided to compile my RtI papers ( these are the same ones in my Speech Therapy Data Binder ) into a single packet.
This packet includes and RtI Consent Form ( remember, if their is no documentation, it didn’t happen and that includes parents giving the thumbs up ), Basic Data Collection Form, and an RtI Progress Update Form.

Just as an FYI, I have update my Listening Comprehension Screenings. There are now 2 SCREENINGS per grade level! This gives the SLP an opportunity to assess pre-test and post-test abilities. So make sure to re-download if you already purchased the screenings. If you haven’t added these to your speech room yet and would like to can find them HERE.
