It’s the end of the year, which means my kids are tuning out and I needed something new to hold their interest. I needed something interactive, but easy and quick to prepare.
Build-a-Monster is a following directions activity that has students use Play Doh to demonstrate their skills. Students choose cards and listen to the information to hear what part of their monster they need to add next.
These are some of my students masterpieces 🙂 Oh, and if are one those people who can’t stand when their Play Doh colors get mixed up ( like me ) then you can use the included ‘body’ cards instead of having the students make a Play Doh one.
You can check out this new activity in my TpT store.

LOVE this! My pre-k kiddos are loving playdoh right now. I may need to add this to my summer speech plans! 🙂
Thanks Jessica 🙂
